These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and cd44ap (hereinafter "cd44ap", "the Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing all access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at cd44ap.app and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the cd44ap brand.

Where cd44ap reasonably suspects a breach of any of the above prohibitions, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void associated bets, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account. cd44ap further reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to meet the stated wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. • Fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy. An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. cd44ap will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying the dormant account designation. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

Balance Following Closure. Where an account is closed by cd44ap due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, particularly where the balance includes bonus funds or funds derived from fraudulent activity. Real-money balances deposited by the player but not involved in any breach may be returned at cd44ap's discretion following completion of any investigation.

Platform Availability. cd44ap aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or events outside cd44ap's reasonable control. cd44ap will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability where such unavailability does not result from cd44ap's own negligence.

Accuracy of Information. cd44ap makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds, game information, account balances, and other data displayed on the platform. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed odds price — cd44ap reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. cd44ap will not be liable for losses arising from a player's reliance on erroneous information prior to correction.

Third-Party Services. cd44ap integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash and Nagad). cd44ap is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers, including game malfunctions, payment processing delays, or service outages attributable to those providers.

Maximum Liability. Force Majeure. cd44ap shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks by third parties.

Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
